'VerdantRidgePark started with one ambitious goal: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi clan in 1985, our pizza shop began as a modest enterprise run by one family, with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our original founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making through her explorations across Italy, learning from legendary pizzaiolos in Naples—pizza's homeland. When she came back to the UK, she was determined to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to age-old methods and premium ingredients.
What originated as a humble pizzeria with room for only a dozen diners has flourished into a cherished neighborhood landmark. However, our dedication to superior quality and genuineness remains unwavering. We continue to adhere to traditional wood-fired oven techniques, our dough is prepared fresh every day, and we procure the most exquisite ingredients obtainable.
Presently, 'VerdantRidgePark' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi's next of kin at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Even though we've adopted certain modern practices, the essence of our enterprise stays unchanged: crafting scrumptious, real pizza that unites people.
